Peace

There is no peace like the tranqulity received from giving God your burdens. Letting baggabe of anxiety, depression, fear, worry go. Completely releasing those things to God. And Sleeping like a baby. If you are living with so many burdens that you can even sleep, every day begin the practice of releasing them to God. Pray and let God know you need him. Then visualize yourself handing those burdens to him in a backpack. It is so freeing.

Fear 3

Today  I was watching TD Jakes and his sermon was so powerful I thought I  would share. I’ve done several blogs on fear. Fear can be debilitating. You’ll find yourself under demonic attack and the weapon of  choice is fear.  The enemy will make you fear losing your loved ones , or things that you love. Td Jakes said do you believe that God would give you things just to let the enemy take them from you? Do you think the God you love is incapable of taking care of the people you love? We cannot walk in fear , it is immobilizing. How do we defeat fear? We do it by not remaining silent. Speaking up. In prayer we have to give all of our burdens to God. But not just our burdens. Stop holding on to people and things , dedicate yourself and your family to the Lord. He is capable of blessing , shielding and taking care of those that belong to him. And once you release the fear and ask your father to take over. Let that fear Go.!!!! (See previous blogs on truly ...

Confusion

There are so many times in our lives when we come up against confusion. We. Are immobilized and unable to act. Which choice should I make? Confusion also creates fear? So much fear and trepidation that it can break us down mentally. How should you proceed under the duress of fear and confusion? 1) start by praying to your father asking him to come into the situation. Let him know that you need his guidance more than ever. It’s impoetant to get out of confusion , that is where the devil operates. The enemy creates fusion. The enemy is fear. The enemy is draw back Spirit and doubt. When you ask God to come into the situation you must let go and allow him to act. Letting go means completely letting go. (See previous post titled letting go) Once it is given to him you will be in awe of how swiftly the conditions dissipates because your choice becomes evident. Listen to God. Amen

Authority

When I began my journey of walking in Christ I believed that Christians were supposed to act meek, be timid, not use their voice. Always have a calm and mousy spirit. That may be the reality for some but the closer I get to God I realize we were made in his image. God is not meek or timid. He is victorious because he has authority over ALL things. " I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me" - Let that sink in. I can do ALLLLLLL THIIIIIIINGGGS! through Christ that Strengthens me. Do you understand the authority that you have? The only thing we must be humble about is God, remember that gives us access to his authority. We are his children. 2 Corinthians 7-11 (Speaks on Authority)  Corinthians 10:7-11   New International Version (NIV) 7  You are judging by appearances. [ a ]  If anyone is confident that they belong to Christ,  they should consider again that we belong to Christ just as much as they do.   8  So even if I boast s...

Post Failure

What do you do when you have fallen into sin? Sometimes no matter how good of a person we are or how hard we try we will find ourselves in a position to sin. We sin and then instantly are convicted for that sin. What happens next is important. When you find yourself being convicted for having sinned repent and let God know you are remorseful. That you genuinely intend to avoid that trap the next time. Ask for forgiveness and then know that you are forgiven. Change the behavior that caused you to sin
